These are the deliverables in our full wedding collection example. We tailor each proposal to your events and coverage hours, and confirm every included item in writing before you book.
01 · PHOTOGRAPHY
The photographs
- An online photo gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing.
- Approximately 50 professionally edited photographs per hour of coverage. As an example, 22 hours of coverage yields around 1,100 edited photographs.
- All RAW photographs from the covered events.
02 · VIDEOGRAPHY
The films
- An online video gallery for your finished films.
- A 1–2 minute cinematic teaser and an 8–12 minute wedding highlight film.
- A full-length ceremony film, typically 60–90 minutes for each major event.
- Drone footage when venue rules, weather, and flight restrictions permit.
03 · THE PRINTED STORY
The wedding album
- A premium 12 × 12-inch album with 50 pages and 100 carefully selected photographs.
- Complimentary with collections that include 15 or more total coverage hours; available as an addition to other collections.
04 · WHEN INCLUDED
Before the wedding
- An engagement or pre-wedding photo gallery, with approximately 40 edited photographs when included.
- Offered in select collections with more than 15 coverage hours; your proposal will say whether this session is part of yours.
DELIVERY
First draft within 90 days. Your proposal will state the events, hours, team, films, photographs, and printed products included in your collection.
HOW WE PLAN COVERAGE
The space to make it cinematic.
Team recommendations
For weddings and receptions with 150 or more guests, we typically recommend two photographers and two videographers. For smaller events, one photographer and one videographer may be enough. Additional team members are available when the schedule or guest count calls for them.
Moments worth making time for
A couple portrait session before each event, time for immediate-family portraits, golden-hour photographs when possible, detail photographs before guests arrive, and a private first look or reveal if you would like one.
