Dallas–Fort Worth Indian Wedding Venues: Real Celebrations
Three settings. Real celebrations. A thoughtful starting point for your wedding weekend.
Nisha and Shivam’s wedding at D’Vine Grace Vineyard in McKinney.
A Dallas wedding weekend can unfold across several cities. These three venues appear in our published journals from McKinney, Plano and Irving. Start with the photographs, then build a plan around your ceremony, guest list and the journeys between events. This is a portfolio-led guide, not a ranked list.
A sense of place
McKinney and Plano
Nisha and Shivam’s celebration connects an outdoor wedding in McKinney with a hotel reception in Plano.
D’Vine Grace Vineyard
3747 Grace Ranch Trail, McKinney, TX 75071
Nisha and Shivam married here on September 27, 2025. Their photographs show the outdoor floral mandap, guests gathered around the ceremony and portraits on a terrace. The venue’s own site describes indoor and outdoor event spaces, including a chapel, ceremony lawn and ballroom.
Questions to ask: Which indoor space is reserved as the weather backup? How will the mandap orientation and ceremony time affect light on the couple and guests?
Nisha and Shivam at D’Vine Grace Vineyard, McKinney.
Nisha and Shivam continued their September 27, 2025 celebration with a reception here. The hotel describes several event spaces, hospitality suites and the Legacy and Windrose ballrooms. Its Plano location is distinct from the Renaissance Dallas Hotel on North Stemmons Freeway.
Questions to ask: Which ballroom and preparation rooms are included in your contract? What time can your photo and film team enter for reception details and lighting checks?
Nisha and Shivam’s reception at Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel.
Sonali and Ravin’s Gujarati wedding brings the story into the Grand Ballroom at Irving Convention Center.
Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas
500 W Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039
Sonali and Ravin’s Gujarati wedding and cocktail reception took place in the Grand Ballroom on August 10, 2024. The venue identifies the ballroom on its top level, with adjacent pre-function space and expansive windows. Their journal shows the ceremony, bridal arrival and wedding portraits.
Questions to ask: Does the planned layout leave clear camera sightlines around the mandap? How are guest arrival, vendor loading and movement between floors scheduled?

Put the hotel, each event venue and any portrait stop on one itinerary. McKinney, Plano and Irving are distinct stops, not interchangeable Dallas addresses. Leave time for loading, parking, getting dressed and gathering family, not only the drive itself. Ask your planner to check the actual route for your event day rather than assuming a fixed transfer time.
Start with the ceremony requirements
Before choosing a room, talk through your actual ceremony with the venue and officiant. Ask about a mandap, any sacred fire, a baraat route, sound, preparation rooms and an indoor backup where relevant. No photograph in this guide establishes a venue’s current policy for those arrangements; get the requirements confirmed for your own date.
Keep portraits close to the celebration
A separate portrait destination adds another move to an already full day. Start with the contracted venue spaces, then decide whether an additional location is worth the travel and access arrangements. Protect a short couple session and a clearly organized family list, without pulling you away from every part of the celebration.
Your questions, before the day.
Are all these venues in Dallas city?
No. The featured venues are in McKinney, Plano and Irving, within the wider Dallas–Fort Worth region. Check the exact address for every event before building your travel plan.
Have you photographed real celebrations at these venues?
Each entry links to the published Urban Phulkari journal used for this guide. The photographs are captioned for the particular wedding ceremony, portraits or reception shown.
Are prices or guest capacities guaranteed?
No. Ask each venue for a current proposal based on your date, room configuration, guest count and ceremony requirements. This guide does not quote packages or promise availability.
Tell us your dates, venue names, event schedule and what matters most to you. We can discuss photography and film coverage around your ceremony and the time you want to spend with your people.
