A grass aisle, a flower-filled mandap and tiled roofs frame Shweta and Akhil’s May 24, 2026 wedding at Lucie Stern Community Center. Their portraits beside the covered walkway keep the architecture part of the story.
This city-run, Spanish Mediterranean-style complex offers several rental spaces, including an enclosed patio and indoor rooms. When you tour, confirm exactly which areas are included, where your ceremony will sit and how guests will move between them.

The estate offers lawn and terrace spaces in Morgan Hill. Consider where your guests will stay and how they will arrive, especially when another wedding event takes place farther north. Leave a portrait window for the setting you chose rather than relying on a gap appearing during the party.
Akshatha and Aayush celebrated their Telugu wedding at Kirigin Cellars on June 28, 2026. The lawn aisle, parasols and flower-framed ceremony show how their day used the winery’s outdoor setting.
The Gilroy winery offers indoor and outdoor event spaces. For an outdoor ceremony, discuss shade, the direction of the light and the weather alternative before settling the layout. Check that your rental and vendor schedule allow the ceremony setting to be photographed before guests take their seats.
Thoughtful preparation
Put your ceremony, reception and guest accommodation on the same map before choosing dates. If your celebrations span different Bay Area cities, allow for the actual route, arrival arrangements and time to get ready again. Avoid building a schedule around the shortest possible drive.
If everyone stays at one property, ask which areas are exclusive to your event and which stay open to other visitors. A beautiful portrait spot may require its own access arrangement.
At your walkthrough, look at the aisle, where family will sit and where your officiant and photography team can move. Share any processions, fire rituals, canopy structures or other planned elements with the venue early so the layout follows its requirements.
