01 · THE WEDDING MORNING

Red, gold,
and desert green.

The wedding day changes the palette. Shachi’s red bridal attire meets the green of towering cacti and the warm tones of the architecture. A doorway becomes a frame within the frame; a closer portrait brings the embroidery and expression into focus.

These are the details we look for when photographing a wedding: light that gives the image depth, a setting that belongs to the day, and a moment that feels personal.

02 · THE ARRIVAL

A celebration
in motion.

The arrival brings a burst of energy: a red fire truck, wedding guests, and movement against the desert landscape. Inside, the bridal party gathers around Shachi in a quieter, richly coloured setting.

We place those photographs beside the stillness of the ceremony space, so the journal carries the rhythm of the day—from anticipation to the moment everyone gathers.

03 · THE HINDU CEREMONY

Under an open sky.
Within a sacred moment.

A timber mandap rises against the Arizona sky, with the landscape stretching beyond it. Wide photographs hold the scale of the gathering; closer frames bring us into the ceremony with Shachi and Roni.

The film returns to the sacred fire and the movement of the celebration. In photographs, we hold onto the gestures, the light, and the presence of the people around them.
